Rooms and prices
Byron Central offers en suite rooms in two different sizes - en suite and premium en suite. Each flat has a communal open-plan lounge/kitchen and rooms include a 3/4 sized bed (small double), study desk and chair, storage and an en suite shower room.
You'll benefit from bike storage, secure access, onsite laundrette, large common room, cinema room, games room, study area and a private courtyard. All utility bills are included, WiFi is free and they also provide personal possessions insurance via Endsleigh insurance.
Your safety is a top priority and the onsite security team are available to provide 24/7 assistance for your peace of mind.
En suite rooms are available in three to five-bedroom flats. For September 2024-25 applicants, there will be 197 rooms of this type available.
Weekly Rate: £159.00
Annual Rate: £6,360.00
Contract Length: Fixed term period of 40 weeks and covers the duration of the academic year. Rents are charged per night. If your contract differs to the fixed term period (ie earlier arrival), you will incur additional accommodation charges.
Advanced rent and guarantor: You'll need to pay a £250.00 advanced rent payment when accepting your accommodation. This will be deducted from your first rent payment. Additionally, you'll need to provide a guarantor. A guarantor is someone, usually a parent or a guardian, who agrees to pay your rent if you miss a payment.

Premium en suite rooms are slightly bigger than en suite rooms and are available in three to five-bedroom flats. For September 2024-25 applicants, there will be 89 rooms of this type available.
