Rooms and prices

There are two room options available at Grand Hotel – en suite, and premium en suite. Rooms are located on corridors rather than flats, across three floors, with two to three kitchens and lounges per floor. This means that on average, 5-10 people share a kitchen/lounge area. Facilities include a laundrette and there is also a communal TV with a TV licence, however if you bring your own electronic device to watch TV you'll need your own licence.

Each bedroom combines a sleep/study space, including a bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, shelving and en suite shower room. University accommodation fees for Grand Hotel include heating, electricity and water charges, free personal possessions insurance via Cover 4 Insurance and WiFi.

As Grand Hotel is located on campus, there is no car parking or bike storage available. The building has an entry phone system, ensuring only those given access can come into the building. Our friendly security staff patrols the area and is available on call 24/7.
