Key points and facilities
Park View offers en-suite rooms as well as self-contained studio rooms, and accessible en suite rooms and studios.
It offers spacious four to eight bedroom flats, with small double beds, and each flat contains a spacious communal kitchen/lounge with a flat-screen. Self-contained studios are equipped with your own private kitchen space and en-suite bathroom. Accommodation is spread across six buildings and nine floors, with lifts provided in each building.
We also have some wheelchair accessible rooms with adaptations that include; power-assisted doors, wheelchair accessible lifts, low-level kitchen work surfaces, accessible storage and wet rooms equipped with shower chairs, handrails and emergency pull cords.
En-suite rooms are available in flats of four to eight rooms where students share lounge and kitchen facilities. Each bedroom combines a sleep/study space, including a four-foot bed (small double size), desk storage, shelving, wardrobe space, and under-bed storage. For September 2023/24 applicants, there will be 1,252 rooms of this type available.
Studios are available for undergraduate students, where you’ll have access to your own self-contained en suite and kitchen. Each studio combines a sleep/study/kitchen/dining space, including four-foot bed (small double size), desk, small desk drawer unit, desk chair, wardrobe, and shelving. For September 2023/24 applicants, there will be 12 rooms of this type available.
Accessible en-suite rooms are available in flats of seven rooms where students share a lounge and kitchen which features low-level kitchen work surfaces. Each wheelchair accessible bedroom combines a sleep/study space, including a four-foot bed (small double size), desk, accessible storage and wardrobe, as well as a wet room equipped with shower chairs, handrails and emergency pull cords.
For September 2023/24 applicants, there will be nine rooms of this type available.

Accommodation fees
The contract is a fixed term period of 40 weeks and covers the duration of the academic year. Rents are charged per night. If your contract differs to the fixed term period (i.e. earlier arrival), you will incur additional accommodation charges. All utility bills are included; WiFi is free, and we also provide Personal Possessions Insurance via Cover 4 Insurance.
