Portland Green offers en suite rooms in three to seven-bedroom flats across five student buildings - Turner Court, Bryson Court, Rosedale Court, Newton Court and Marshall Court. Each flat has an open-plan lounge/kitchen, and all bedrooms include small double beds and a desk. You'll benefit from an onsite gym, large common room, and a supermarket and GP surgery right on your doorstep.
There are three different room types available at Portland Green; en suite, large en suite, and premium en suite. Accommodation is spread over eight floors (with lifts), and friendly reception staff and a 24/7 security team keep a watchful eye on the buildings for your own personal safety.
En-suite rooms are available in flats of four to seven where students share a lounge and kitchen. Each bedroom features a four-foot bed (small double) with underbed storage, wardrobe with mirror, desk, and en-suite shower room. For September 2023/24 applicants, there will be 943 rooms of this type available.
Large en-suite rooms are bigger than en-suite rooms. Each bedroom features a four-foot bed (small double) with underbed storage, wardrobe with mirror, desk, and en-suite shower room. For September 2023/24 applicants, there will be 18 rooms of this type available.
The biggest en-suite rooms in Portland Green, premium en-suite rooms are perfect if you’re looking for a little bit more space than standard. Each bedroom features a four-foot bed (small double) with underbed storage, wardrobe with mirror, desk, and en-suite shower room. For September 2023/24 applicants, there will be 14 rooms of this type available.

Accommodation fees
Portland Green is one of our Managed Partnership residences, owned by Abodus Student Living.
The contract is a fixed term period of 40 weeks covering the academic year. Rents are charged per week, so if your contract differs to the fixed term period (i.e. earlier arrival), you will incur additional accommodation charges. All utility bills are included, WiFi is free and they also provide personal possessions insurance via Cover 4 Insurance.
