Rooms and prices
There are three different room options available at Wellington St Plaza: en suite, premium en suite, and premium en suite with bath. They are available in flats of three to six, where students share lounge and kitchen facilities. The rooms are spread out across 10 floors with lifts in every building.
Each bedroom combines a sleep/study space, including a 4.6-foot bed (double size), a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk chair, under-bed storage, and shelving. Facilities include bike storage, secure access, common room with pool table and games console and an laundrette. All utility bills are included; WiFi is free, and Personal Possessions Insurance is also provided via Endsleigh Insurance.
Wellington St Plaza's friendly reception team is available six days a week and an onsite security team is available 24/7, so you can feel extra safe and secure during your time here.
