London
Working in London is a popular choice for graduates.
Nearly half (45%) of the 2019/20 vacancies from the Institute of Student Employers were based in London.
Graduate pay in London is higher than the rest of the UK. With a median starting salary of £33,000, this is to offset the expensive cost of living in London. Some employers acknowledge this by offering ‘London weighting’ or allowance.
