We hope our customers are happy with our services and welcome your suggestions, comments and ideas on how we can continually improve.

You can tell us what you think by

  • speaking to a member of staff at any Library service desk.
  • completing a Tell Us What You Think Feedback form - either online or on a print form available in our libraries.
  • completed forms are processed daily by our Service Managers and you will receive a reply within 3 working days.
  • if, at any stage you are still unhappy with the response, you can contact the University Librarian:
