Student Wellbeing Adviser (Learning)


I have worked in education for the past 9 years, originally specialising in supporting students to develop English and Mathematics skills.  

My role in the university is to provide 1-1 support, advice and guidance, information on Disabled Students' Allowance and Skills Signposting sessions.  I also liaise with academic staff regarding student support requirements.

In collaboration with my colleagues in the Specialist Learning Team, I also help to facilitate the Aspergers and Autism Support Network (AASN) and transitional events for this cohort of students.
