Complete this form if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are shielding or self-isolating. This means we can ensure you have all the support you need.

Find further advice if you're completing the form for someone else.

COVID-19 related questions

For any other COVID-19 related questions, you can find our COVID-19 FAQs on our new Student Enquiries Knowledge Base, which will hopefully answer your query.

If you still cannot find what you are looking for, contact the dedicated team who will be able to support you.  Please email covidsupport@ncl.ac.uk and someone will assist you.

Support for all students

We hope you are safe and well and enjoying your time at University despite things being different this academic year.

Your Student Health and Wellbeing Team are still here to do all they can to help keep you safe and support you. At the moment most support will be provided remotely.

Support for students affected by frontline work

Are you worried about how Covid-19 is affecting you, your family, friends or colleagues as NHS frontline workers?

If you have answered YES to the above question then please feel free to book in for a 1:1 consultation with one of our therapists. This will be an opportunity to discuss issues that are concerning you or that are important to you or someone you know as NHS frontline workers. We can help to explore ways in which we can work together and support you in managing your psychological wellbeing during this challenging time.

Remember – it’s okay not to be okay. It’s the situation that’s strange, not you!
