Roles and Responsibilities

I am a counsellor working within the Student Wellbeing Service at Newcastle University and have worked in this role since September 2018. I work with students conducting assessments and ongoing counselling sessions. I use an integrated approach with a person centered counselling background to aim to best meet the needs of students I work with. I currently run the Bereavement and Loss workshop here in the wellbeing service.

Previous Experience

I have previous counselling experience with the mental health charity Mind and have worked as a secondary school counsellor.
