Background
I joined Newcastle University as a Research Associate in the AGE (Ageing, Geriatrics & Epidemiology (AGE) research group in August 2018 as part of the MIlk Intervention Muscle AgeiNg (MIlkMAN) study team. My current role as a Research Associate in Lifestyle and Health involves contributing to and working on a range of interdisciplinary research studies to develop knowledge and understanding of the role of lifestyle as an influence on health in older age.
My background is as an exercise physiologist and I am a British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) accredited sport and exercise scientist.
