Staff Profile

Erin is a quantitative research assistant working within the REACH team in the Population Health Sciences Institute. The suite of projects Erin is currently working on explores the uptake of routine cancer screening programmes in England. This work looks at small geographical areas and aims to better understand how place-based factors might influence screening behaviour using clustering analyses. This work is informed by systematic review findings and PPIE, which Erin also undertakes.

Alongside her work in screening Erin routinely works with data from the National Cancer Registry and Analysis Service (NCRAS) and Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) to carry out an array of epidemiological analyses including incidence, survival and regression analyses.
