Background
I provide strategic leadership for Professional Services in the Faculty of Medical Sciences, and lead PS teams across the Faculty ensuring support for core research and education missions and collectively supporting the Faculty in delivering its strategic objectives.
I work closely with the Faculty Pro-Vice-Chancellor and am a member of the Faculty's Executive Board.
Core areas of my role are:
- Development, implementation and monitoring of Faculty strategic plans
- Leadership of change and transformation activity in the Faculty
- Development of working relationships across the University and membership of University-level committees and working groups.
