Background
I am one of the team of technicians at Newcastle brain tissue resource and have a very varied role which involves preparation of fresh samples for storage, sample preparation for research projects and database record keeping.
My background is in dementia research and molecular pharmacology, I have used human brain samples in various research applications including HPLC, autoradiography, western blotting and functional assays.
