Background

Role and Responsibilities

I am the Postgraduate Research Administrator in the School of Natural and Environmental Science with responsibility for the Chemistry cluster.

 

Career History:

I joined the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences in 2018, as the Learning and Teaching Assistant with responsibility for undergraduate Chemistry. Preceding this, I worked as the roving Learning and Teaching Assistant for the SAGE faculty, mainly working on the Postgraduate Research Development Programme.

2016-2018: Before joining Newcastle University, I worked as an Administrative Assistant across various departments in Fenwick.

 

Education, Qualifications and Achievements

I have a BA Honours degree in English Literature (first class), and an MA in English Literature 1500-1900 (Distinction) from Newcastle University. In regards to the latter, I won both an Excellence Scholarship and the prestigious School Bursary Award.
