Background

Roles and Responsibilities 

I am a Learning and Teaching Assistant in the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences, with responsibility for the Agriculture, Earth and Social Science cluster.

I perform administrative duties, pertaining to attendance, PEC forms, DPD transfer forms, and exams. I also liaise with students, academics and other professional services staff, providing administrative support and responding to student and academic queries. 

 

My responsibilities also include acting as secretary to the Biology and Marine Science Teaching Groups, PEC Committees, and as a facilitator to the Student Staff Committee.

Career History

I joined the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences in 2019. Prior to this I worked in accomdation at Newcastle University for five years, becoming the supervisor at Bowsden Court.
