Our ResLife Team work together to support you while you’re living in our accommodation - from putting together activities and events, to offering advice and guidance.
Your ResLife Team is here to help
Our dedicated ResLife team are committed to making your experience living with us as easy and enjoyable as possible, they are here to provide you with an important network of welfare support and services to help you adapt to and enjoy life on campus. From organising fun social events to carrying out important ResLife hacks sessions, you can get to know more about them and what they do, below.
Our Student Experience Manager oversees the overall delivery of ResLife’s educational curriculum – otherwise known as ResHacks. The team are there to support a learning environment where your personal, academic and career goals can be achieved. On top of that, they look after the rest of the ResLife team, and are available to escalate problems when needed." "Within each student village, ResLife is overseen by a dedicated RLC. This person looks after the team of RSAs, works collaboratively with other University services to ensure the smooth delivery of events, and supports your ResLife programme. They also provide student support within your Student Village - running ReConnect sessions, so you always have staff support to hand.

The Student Support Manager acts as the main contact between the Accommodation, Student Health & Wellbeing, Security, and the managed partnership teams for our students living in university-owned and managed partnership accommodation. They act as the main link between the different services in the university when it comes to organising one-off or ongoing welfare support for students.

Your RSAs are experienced students who have previously lived in our accommodation and are able to draw upon their own experiences to help you with problems - from missing home to academic worries. They’ll also help you build skills to live independently, guiding you through challenging discussions with flat mates, as well as running drop-in sessions for you to come to when you need to talk to someone.
