ReCap Update Information

Between Monday 4th Sept and Friday 8th Sept, ReCap will be migrated to the Panopto cloud.  Please note, during that week there will be service interruptions. Viewings of existing recordings should be available, but no recordings (other than timetabled sessions) should be attempted during this maintenance period.

 
Because of this scheduled work, outages are to be expected, although the aim is to keep these to a minimum.

ReCap is now live on the cloud!

Redirects are implemented from the old server address but users should visit https://recap.cloud.panopto.eu/ to access the service.

 

Updating PCap to the current version

If you are having trouble logging in to PCap, you may need to update the application to the latest version. Details on how to do this can be found here.

  • Visit https://nuservice.ncl.ac.uk/

  • Click on the 'Request Something' button



  • Search for 'recap'

  • Select the option 'ReCap - Staff Support' to submit your query
