National Teaching Fellowship Scheme (NTFS)
Run by Advance HE, the NTFS recognises and celebrates individuals who make an outstanding impact on the student learning experience. LTDS supports the nomination of Newcastle University colleagues to this prestigious national teaching scheme.

UKPSF: Experiential Route
The UKPSF Experiential Route is a flexible path to HEA fellowship for staff with experience in teaching and/or supporting learning who wish to be recognised as an Associate Fellow, Fellow, or Senior Fellow.
ELTS
ELTS (Evidencing Learning and Teaching Skills) is an Advance HE accredited pathway to gaining recognition as an Associate Fellow of the HEA. It is intended for early career Postgraduates who Teach (PGRwT).
LTDS Development Programme
The LTDS Learning and Teaching Development Programme features a wide range of training sessions, workshops and webinars focusing on key areas of teaching at Newcastle University.
Funding
Funding of up to £10,000 is available to develop new or innovative approaches to learning and teaching that can be disseminated across the University.
