Current role
I joined the PHSI (former IHS) Biostatistics Research Group in August 2017. Before joining the group, I was working as a Medical Statistician within the School of Medicine, Pharmacy & Health, Durham University, Queen’s campus. I completed my Postgraduate degree and PhD at the Interuniversity Institute for Biostatistics and statistical Bioinformatics for statistics, Hasselt University, Belgium. My research mainly focused on the integration of multi-source data in the development of clinical biomarker/surrogate. Currently, most of my work is relate to adaptive design clinical trial projects.
Postgraduate Teaching
MSc Public Health and Health Services Research: HSC8036 Health Statistics
Research Interests
My research interests lie within the field of statistics, and include:
- Analysis of longitudinal data / repeated measures
- Survival analysis
- Classification / Discrimination
- Integration of multi-source data in the development of clinical
biomarker/surrogate.
- Adaptive designs for clinical trials.
-Risk prediction and prognostic models
