Our MBA is more than management programme

The MBA programme at Newcastle offers students the opportunity to develop their knowledge, ability and ambition to shape the future of an organisation and their career.

The programme offers an immersive experience, where learners are encouraged to be challenged and pushed beyond their boundaries to become leaders for the future. It is an opportunity for students to enhance their self-awareness, integrate and apply their learning, develop consulting skills and contribute to, and lead multicultural teams.

Our students leave the MBA programme as resilient leaders who are adaptable to change.

Students learn and grow with global achievers

Our students learn in small cohort sizes whilst sharing experiences within a student body that is truly diverse. We recruit a cohort of students who are carefully chosen through interview for their range of experience and potential contribution.

Learners will develop the capabilities and knowledge to set them apart in any industry or entrepreneurial venture, by honing their leadership skills, critical thinking, and communication, whilst also working to improve their performance through a range of modules. Tackling sustainability challenges is integral to our programme.
