Description

The project developed a sophisticated main engine model and waste heat recovery model. It included an absorption chiller model and ice slurry cold energy storage model.

These models provided a database. They integrated with other models developed by partners into a holistic ship model.

The ship model evaluated the effect of proposed technologies in three different scenarios: at sea, manoeuvring and at port.
