Project description
We are investigating advanced signal processing algorithms and mathematical optimisation techniques for human-behaviour analysis. We will focus on image analyses and machine learning based methods.
We will develop new signal processing algorithms and performance evaluation. We are using Matlab based simulations, and comprehensive data sets.
We will publish the research findings:
- at international conferences, such as ICASSP, EUSIPCO, and FUSION
- in world leading journals, such as IEEE, TMM, and TSP
Qualifications
- MSc in Communication and Signal Processing from Newcastle University
