Help us develop our spaces and services to suit your needs

9 December 2022

Your opinions are valuable to us as they help shape our service, inform how we develop our resources and plan our spaces for the future. From now until the end of December we are looking at specific feedback on our Click and Collect service and how you are using our spaces.

Help us develop our library spaces to suit your study needs

We know you like to study in different ways, and we’re developing our spaces to support this – whether you prefer individual silent spaces, group spaces for project work, somewhere to study with friends, or engage in online lectures or seminars.

We’d like you to tell us how you’re using our current spaces and what else you’d like to see in any new library spaces. Your ideas will help us as we look to improve space at the Marjorie Robinson Library Rooms next summer.

Look out for the QR code if you’re studying in our library spaces, talk directly to library staff, or click on the link below to tell us your thoughts.

Click and Collect service evaluation

Staff based on Level 2 of the Library will be asking you to answer a couple of questions as you pick up your books as we’re keen to find out why you choose to use our Click and Collect service. This will take no more than 5 minutes of your time, and will help us evaluate this service.

Tell us what you think

Of course, we welcome your comments, suggestions and ideas for improvement at any time, about any topic, and you can tell us what you think in a number of different ways.  We aim to respond to all feedback within 3 working days.
