A new system is required to let customers pre‑order coffees from the Whistlestop Coffee Hut at Cramlington Station. They will browse a menu and select a pick‑up time. Staff must be able to view incoming orders and update their status through stages such as accepted, in progress, complete, and collected. This is an example of the type of project you will carry out if you study this MSc.
