Schools, Institutes, and Academic Supervisors
If you're thinking about joining us for Postgraduate study, you can attend an open day at one of our academic schools or institutes. Research students in particular are encouraged to visit and meet with their potential supervisor.
Visit the Student Enquiries knowledge base for student information on COVID-19.
School and institute open days
Throughout the year some academic schools and institutes run open days. At these events you can:
- meet academics and current postgraduate students
- find out about taught and research degrees
- visit facilities
You may be able to arrange a visit that is not part of a scheduled open day. Research students in particular are encouraged to visit and meet with their potential supervisor. Contact your proposed academic school or research institute to find out if this is possible.
Meet with your potential supervisor
If you are interested in one of our research programmes, we'd encourage you to visit and meet with your potential supervisor. Your proposed academic school or research institute will be able to help you with this.
