Teaching Rationale And Relationship
This is a combination of online tutorials supplemented by directed lecture materials. lectures and computer practical sessions using CAD packages like Matlab/Simulink. Through this combination students will be able to better understand and apply the concepts of modern advanced control systems techniques.
Assessment Methods
The format of resits will be determined by the Board of Examiners
Exams
Description | Length | Semester | When Set | Percentage | Comment |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Written Examination | 180 | 2 | A | 100 | 3h closed book exam at the end of the sem |
Formative Assessments
Formative Assessment is an assessment which develops your skills in being assessed, allows for you to receive feedback, and prepares you for being assessed. However, it does not count to your final mark.
Description | Semester | When Set | Comment |
---|---|---|---|
Aural Examination | 2 | M | Tutorials 1-3 in week 3. |
Assessment Rationale And Relationship
Online material is assessed by written exam which will assess the students' ability to tackle problems based on Robust and Adaptive Control systems.
