Undergraduate Offer Holder Experience Days
Our Offer Holder Experience Days are exclusively for students who have received an offer to study with us at undergraduate level.
How to get involved
In 2026, we are holding 3 Offer Holder Experience Days in February, March and April.
The events are invite-only. You'll receive your email invite shortly after receiving your UCAS offer to study here at Newcastle.
Please note, invitations have started going out for some courses, but not all schools have started sending their invites. We expect invitations to start going between December and January.
Different subjects will be taking part on different dates; you only need to attend once. Click below to find out which date your subject will be taking place on.

Throughout the day you will discover more about your chosen subject. You should receive details of this separately, including a full timetable for the day.
Campus tours
Between 9:00 and 15.00 you can take an express campus tour to give you a feel for our city-centre campus. Tours are led by our current students, so they are a great way to learn more about university life too.
Tours will take about 30 minutes. The last tours will depart around 14:30.
Accommodation viewings

Make your own way to any of the sites, where there will be staff and Student Ambassadors to welcome you. The last tour is at 15:00.
Please note that viewing our accommodation is always popular, therefore there may be a short queue when you arrive. We will manage the flow of visitors entering the show flats and will have staff on hand to answer any queries while you wait.
