Assistant Grants & Contracts Manager



As one of the Assistant Grants and Contract Managers, I provide advice and support on a range of activities to staff in the research environment from the initial application through to project set up.  This includes;

Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of collaboration agreements and sub contracts with external institutions.

Authorisation of applications to all charity, research council, government funding bodies and commercial organisations.

Giving advice and support to PIs on the application procedure, including electronic submission, MyProjects Proposals/MyProjects issues and fEC.

Completion of setup paperwork for the award process.

Highlighting and providing advice on ethics and governance issues.
