Health and Wellbeing

We provide free and confidential health and wellbeing support to all students at Newcastle University. Our Student Wellbeing team offers a wide range of professional and advisory services from their base in King's Gate.

How we're keeping you safe in COVID-19

Our student support services are now all available online and being delivered by telephone or video call. If you're looking for one-to-one counselling or wellbeing support, you can arrange an online appointment.

Disabled students

For information about support for students with disabilities at Newcastle University visit the Student Wellbeing Disability Support webpages.

If you are a UK student you may be eligible for Disabled Students' Allowances from the government to cover any extra costs you may incur while studying.
