Dr Rachael Millard

Lecturer in Business and Marketing Management

Background

Rachael joined Newcastle University London as a Lecturer in Business and Marketing Management in January 2020 and holds a PhD in Marketing from Queen Mary University of London.  Rachael’s research interests span consumer behaviour and the role of emotions in marketing with specific focus on behaviour change.  Rachael is also particularly interested in social marketing, and adopts a mixed method approach to research.  Rachael has worked as a research assistant on a range of externally funded projects, and currently serves as an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Marketing Management.
