Student Support

Our friendly Student Services team is committed to helping you settle in and make the most of your experience in London.
Support staff are located on the 4th floor of the Campus. They can provide information, support and advice on a range of topics, including careers, finance, physical and mental health, homesickness, disability and learning difficulties.
The team will hold a range of activities during Induction Week to help you prepare for student life in London. These activities will help you familiarise yourself with your surroundings and make friends. In addition, the team can assist you to register with a doctor, open a bank account, access IT systems, learn about the library and make key academic contacts.
You will also meet our full-time Welfare Officer and learn about the range of health and wellbeing resources available.
From the beginning of your student experience, information and support is available on a range of issues:
  • Financial matters (banking, budgeting, hardship funds, scholarships)
  • UK healthcare services (emergency and non-emergency)
  • Mental health and counselling
  • Disability (DSA and reasonable adjustments)
  • Specific learning difficulties (DSA and reasonable adjustments)
  • Faith (chaplaincy support)
