Student Services offer a confidential service for all students. Any information that a client discloses to a member of staff from one of the individual support teams will remain confidential to that team. For further information please see the Confidentiality Statement.
The Student Services team values the views of students. The team aims to manage complaints in a way that is sensitive to the needs of each specific case, and supportive of the University’s goal of providing an exceptional student experience.
Students that have a complaint about any aspect of university life should follow the Student Complaints Procedure (318kb).
Missing Person Procedure
Student Services endeavours to keep all of our students safe during their time at university.
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of a student please contact a member of the Student Services Team and if necessary we will enact the Missing Person Procedure (377KB).
