New year’s in a nutshell, is starting afresh and creating resolutions, goals and lists.

A blank new page – 2019

To some of us 2019 is a blessing as we got that second chance to improve ourselves and leave behind 2018 and for others it is just another day.

Some of us want to start the year on a positive note, to creating new memories and enjoy each day as it comes, but we struggle when trying to actually achieve this. I say start by making those resolutions, goals and lists!

Okay, so when it comes to making those new year resolutions, the most common ones for students are usually – get more sleep, maintaining a healthy diet, save money or to study harder. Well let’s face it, most of us give up in the first week of January. If you want to make a change this year have a look at some of the tips below.
