The customer has the right to cancel the transaction within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the confirmation of order, except where services have already been provided. In order to cancel the transaction, the customer must inform the University by emailing email@example.com.
In the event that the customer's order has resulted in the University incurring non-refundable costs (for example, the purchase of goods or services from third parties to fulfil the customer's order) the University shall be entitled to recover all such costs irrespective of the timing of the cancellation by the customer.
Customers ordering services/events that are due to commence within the 14 day "cooling off" period will not be entitled to a refund
If the customer wishes to cancel the transaction in advance of delivery of the service but more than fourteen (14) calendar days after placing the order, the following amounts will be refunded:

|More than 8 weeks before delivery
||85% refund of fee
|Between 4 and 8 weeks before delivery
||50% refund of fee
|4 weeks or less before delivery
