Engineering for the future: The Stephenson Building
Phase one of our redevelopment of the Stephenson Building, our state-of-the-art engineering facility completed in September 2023. It keeps us at the forefront of engineering teaching and research. We’ve invested £110m into improving your experience as an Engineer at Newcastle. I studied A-Level Chemistry, Physics and Psychology. However, as I didn't study A-Level Maths, I had to go through a Foundation Year before starting Stage 1 Chemical Engineering. At the moment, I hope to go into the Pharmaceutical Industry upon graduating.
